Amazing Mammas everywhere, who else has seen significant changes in their hair, nails and skin after giving birth and during pregnancy? All I know is that since I’ve been pregnant twice in the past 3 years, I have been losing hair, my nails have become more brittle and thin, and my skin looks different as well. Therefore, the past few months I have been searching out natural ways + other proven ways to rejuvenate my body, skin, hair and nails and I wanted to share some of the secret that I have discovered.

 

 

 

Here are five ways to help heal brittle and thin nails at home.

 

  1. Drink apple cider vinegar and also massage ACP on your nails, this is not only great for detoxifying your body but also has Nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, iron, and potassium to help your nails be revived! (I just want warn you that this does smell like dirty feet, but the benefits outweigh the smell!)

  2. Drink green tea on a daily basis! If this has any accident properties and helps prevent brittle nails

  3. Take Vitamin E and massage vitamin E on your nails, this is known for helping skin, hair, and nails be rejuvenated because if the I’m oyster rising properties.

  4. Rub Tea oil on your nails, it has and antifungal and antiseptic Property is it that prevents nail fungal infections that cause nails robber brittle and unhealthy 

  5. Use coconut oil every day to moisturize your nails and your skin and your hair! Coconut oil is one of my favorite at home ingredientsBecause there are so many benefits to your body!
