All I know is that since I’ve been pregnant twice in the past 3 years, I have been losing hair, my nails have become more brittle and thin, and my skin looks different as well. Therefore, the past few months I have been searching out natural ways + other proven ways to rejuvenate my body, skin, hair and nails and I wanted to share some of the secret that I have discovered.
