Green Goddess Smoothie Ingredients:

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup mangos

1 cup pineapples

2 cups banana

1 cup of water

Directions:

Place ingredients in a blender in the order they appear. Blend on high until completely smooth or until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy.

Berry Good Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup of berries

8 strawberries

1 tablespoon raw honey or natural sweetener

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

1 cup almond milk

Lactation Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

2 Tbsp water

2 Tbsp flaxseed meal

1/2 C. butter, softened

1/2 C. brown sugar

1/4 C. granulated sugar

1 large egg

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 C. organic, unbleached all purpose flour

1 1/2 C. old fashioned rolled oats

2 Tbsp brewers yeast

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 C. mini chocolate chips

1/2 C. shredded coconut
